Company and context

  • As Director of the Organisation and Transversality division, you combine a strong cross-sectional vision with a strong organizational capacity, and lead the support functions of the Directorate-General – legal support, finance, systems and organization, central secretariat – in the service of the quality and continuity of the services rendered to the children and families of the canton.
  • Ensure the quality and continuity of the services provided by your unit to all offices and units of the JEMD – legal support, finance, systems and organisation, central secretariat – by defining priorities and arbitrating resources and deadlines with your unit managers;
  • To lead the centre on a daily basis: to create a dynamic of participatory and constructive work, to support your teams in their development, to participate in recruitment and budgeting, and to work closely with the chiefs of staff to advance professional practices;
  • Ensure the governance and consistency of the DGEJ's documentation base, processes and cross-cutting tools, ensuring that they are up-to-date, accessible and quickly identified friction points to be corrected;
  • To serve on the Board of Directors and the Operations Council to contribute, in your area of expertise, to the strategic and operational management of the service – by preparing substantiated files, acting as a proposal force and ensuring the flow of useful information;
  • Linking the Directorate-General, business entities and support functions by fluidizing the flow of information and facilitating the necessary arbitration;
  • Take charge of the organizational and transformation projects entrusted by the Directorate-General, assume the function of owner of the transversal processes assigned to you, and represent the domain with the cantonal body of organisational council and external partners.
