Role overview

At the heart of the Vaudian Judicial Order (OJV), you have a leading strategic and managerial role as the director of human resources of an entity of more than 1,800 collaborators and magistrates working in 33 judicial authorities and offices.

You develop and implement the OJV HR strategy in line with the needs and challenges of the various missions and in line with the HR strategy of the Cantonal Administration of Vaudoise (ACV), particularly in terms of the succession and development of the trades.

Main responsibilities

  • You manage all HR activities on a daily basis and work closely with the management of the OJV and the chiefs of offices to advise and support them in their managerial responsibilities.
  • As a member of the Executive Committee of the General Secretariat, you contribute to the management of the administrative direction of the OJV and advise the management on the themes of your perimeter.
  • Finally, you are actively involved in the cross-cutting reflections on the evolution of ACV's HR policy and strategy within the Human Resources Branch partner circle.
  • Contribute to the conduct of the OJV General Secretariat within the scope of its responsibilities as a member of its Executive Committee.
  • Provide operational leadership of the OJV's HR processes and define its priorities and objectives.
  • To guarantee the quality of HR services.
  • Ensure compliance with budget directives in particular in the management of staff.
  • Actively contribute to CAVI's cross-cutting HR networks and participate in coordination bodies.
