In your capacity as Director, you direct and direct all the activities of the Centre d'enseignement professionnel de Morges (CEPM), an institution of nearly 2,900 apprentices and trainees, more than 170 teachers and lecturers, an administrative team and a technical service. You propose objectives related to the department's strategy and decline them into action plans for the entire institution. You unite your teams around the quality of teaching and the success of students and apprentices, while ensuring the professional development of each employee. Representing the institution, you are committed to building lasting partnerships with professional associations as well as economic and academic circles.

• Plan, direct and coordinate all the activities and services of the institution, ensuring a smooth and structured internal organisation and optimal use of available resources.
• Ensure the quality of education, including through class visits, supervise its distribution and ensure the monitoring of pupils and apprentices, as well as compliance with existing programmes and legislation.
• Ensure that the institution's benefits are adapted to the evolution of training plans and to the maintenance of an institutional culture.
• Recruit, accompany and unite teaching, administrative and technical teams; encourage the development of their skills.
• Ensure the dissemination of information within the institution to ensure clear communication and ongoing dialogue.
• Develop and monitor the budget, define priorities and ensure reliable accounting management.
• Ensure the rational use and maintenance of premises and equipment and propose the necessary acquisitions according to technical needs and developments.
• Promote the image of the institution and develop its integration into its economic, social and academic environment, including by participating in various conferences, commissions and working groups.
• University master's degree or equivalent in a field taught at the post-compulsory level, supplemented by a teaching title for secondary level II.
• Multi-year confirmed managerial experience in the field of education.
• Experienced managerial skills, excellent communication and ease in conflict management, analytical and synthesis capacity, openness to change and innovative projects, capacity to develop a culture of settlement.
