• Collection of the specific requirements of users and ensuring their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction
• Inclusion of the operating sites affected by the project as well as timely planning and implementation of the necessary conversion measures
• Monitoring investment and construction costs and managing and controlling documentation of buildings and infrastructure
• Examination of specifications, plans and technical descriptions for buildings and infrastructure installations in accordance with the applicable internal and external standards
• Examination of tenders for construction and infrastructure
• Management of suppliers and manufacturers in the area of construction and infrastructure, tracking of execution and cost development and implementation of acceptances
• Participation in the drafting of work contracts, participation in construction meetings and representation of the interests of the client
• Construction site monitoring to ensure compliance with defined requirements
• Coordination of various specialists to achieve the project objectives

Requirements

• 3-5 years: experience in managing large and complex construction projects, desirable
• Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Master or Bachelor degree in architecture, civil engineer or technician with 5-10 years of experience
• German (fluent) French (fluent): German or French as a mother tongue with very good knowledge of the other language, knowledge of English advantageous
• Person capable of working in a systematic and structured way, thinking in a networked way, setting priorities and being resilient
• Good Office and SAP knowledge
