For our Services division, we are looking for one: Announce Key Account Manager – Custodian Your main tasks:

• Support management in the onboarding of new clients, especially German-speaking real estate funds
• Management of fund launch in cooperation with fund managers and fund management - supporting projects affecting our clients through coordination of resources within the bank and department
• Ensuring the implementation of operations related to our activities such as the introduction of new funds, payments and benefits, capital transfers and contract reviews in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements and internal procedures
• Answering customer inquiries in German and French as well as handling special cases and special inquiries (tenders, urgent inquiries) together with management.
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners at meetings and industry events to maintain and expand lasting and profitable relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Participation in market observation (markets, products, pricing) in the own area of activity and in the creation of publications for customers (presentations, newsletters). Proposals to improve processes and services to increase quality and profitability. Your profile:
• Banking or investment fund management training
• Several years of experience in supporting business customers, ideally in the area of funds, at a bank, a fund management or a fund manager
• Bilingualism German-French or Swiss German as a mother tongue with a good knowledge of French
• Ideally, you have knowledge of real estate funds or are interested in further training in the field of real estate securitisation.
