- In this key role, as a member of the management team, you will take over the personnel and operational management of the radiology specialist staff at Zentrumsradiologie Lucerne, develop your employees further and create an appreciative team culture as well as a safe, efficient and patient-oriented operation.
- With a forward-looking personnel assignment planning and the coordination of the inpatient and outpatient day program, together with the specialist and modality management, you ensure smooth examination procedures, maximum patient safety and excellent patient service.
Main responsibilities
- In this key role, as a member of the management team, you will take over the personnel and operational management of the radiology specialist staff at Zentrumsradiologie Lucerne, develop your employees further and create an appreciative team culture as well as a safe, efficient and patient-oriented operation.
- With a forward-looking personnel assignment planning and the coordination of the inpatient and outpatient day program, together with the specialist and modality management, you ensure smooth examination procedures, maximum patient safety and excellent patient service.
- As a driving force, you implement the strategic and operational goals, lead projects, accompany change processes and continuously develop offers, work processes and central SOPs taking into account quality, cost-effectiveness and available resources.
- Close to everyday clinical practice, you work in at least three main areas, carry out examinations and therapies according to work instructions and radiation protection regulations and are committed to the training and support of students, learners and trainees. Requirements
- For this responsible function you bring a completed training as a dipl. radiology specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification, several years of active clinical experience, proven leadership experience and formal leadership training or willingness to complete it; the prescribed further training in radiation protection is a matter of course for you
