Building designer CFC (M/F) back to list We are looking for one of our customers in the construction sector, active in the northern Vaud region, a building designer CFC (M/F) at 80-100%. Job description

Your mission

• Develop technical drawings at all phases of the project: sketches, preliminary draft, final draft, implementation plans and details
• Establish and file investigation files
• Conduct existing building surveys using laser scanning software
• Carry out metres and follow up on small projects
• Prepare and manage bids and tenders

Profile

Profile desired

• Building designer CFC required
• Experience confirmed in a similar function in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of AEAI fire protection requirements (level AQ2), an asset
• Mastery of common IT tools in the sector including Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, archicad and Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of building technology
• Interest and Good Subsidy Knowledge for Transformation
• Organized, rigorous, pragmatic and with good relational ease
