Role overview

Tasks

• You coordinate and dispatch the approximately 40 employees in the area of Picking & Storage in close cooperation with the Teamlead and the other deputies

• You plan the assignments of your team in the short and medium term and move employees within the department according to the order situation

• You ensure replenishment processes, coordinate upstream storage areas (center parts warehouse, pallet warehouse, cassette warehouse) and ensure timely supply of day deals

• You get involved yourself, are on the road operationally and support your team in their daily work

• You empower employees, promote their development and build a motivated team

• You act proactively, think beyond departmental boundaries and contribute to continuous process improvements

• You work independently, proactively and versatile – from picking to personnel planning

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in logistics or a comparable area

• You bring experience in production or logistics environments

• You are dutiful, consistent and assertive and confident with people
