- You will act as an ultra-versatile, adaptable "Recruiter on demand", sourcing and hiring key retail profiles (Sales Assistants, Technicians, Department Managers) as fast as our growth demands. What you’ll be doing daily:
- Full-cycle recruiting : Manage multi-profile requisitions, build direct talent pipelines, and run smooth selection processes for our stores.
- Proactive candidate experience: Source top candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and deliver an unforgettable candidate journey.
