- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in einem quantitativen Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Produktivsetzung von Data-Science-Lösungen
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in einem quantitativen Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Produktivsetzung von Data-Science-Lösungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Deep Learning, Transfer Learning und im Einsatz von Large Language Models z.B. RAG
- Qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise entlang von DevOps-, MLOps- und LLMOps-Prinzipien
- Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie sehr sicherer Umgang mit Git
- Vertrautheit mit automatisiertem Testen sowie CI/CD
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen und -Frameworks, idealerweise Azure
- Teamorientierte, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Neugier für neue Technologien
- Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen und andere für Daten und KI zu begeistern
- Fliessendes Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil

- At the same time, you will create the basis for new AI applications by providing structured and high-quality data.
- You will use modern methods, especially Large Language Models, and will reliably bring them into production.
- By means of appropriate evaluation and monitoring, you will ensure quality, stability and further development in operation.
- With your know-how, you actively drive the further development of our AI and data science landscape and shape architecture, tools and working methods.
- As a solution-oriented:r Team Player:in you work closely with specialist and IT areas and proactively supports changes. This is what you are bringing with you:
- Master's degree (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in a quantitative field
- Practical experience in the development and production of data science solutions
- Well-founded knowledge in deep learning, transfer learning and in the use of Large Language Models e.g. RAG
