As a data analyst, you are responsible for conducting statistical studies and analyses on HR themes, ensuring simulations and projections of personnel data.
Support services and HRB in the implementation of good data governance, including process, input, control and quality, with tailored support.
Identify, extract, process and consolidate data, assess its quality, and conduct statistical analyses, simulations, projections and benchmarks, then return the results and formulate action lines.

- Master in data science or Master in social, political, economic sciences, with a component in data science/analysis or equivalent
- Postgrade in econometrics, demography, statistics or equivalent would be a plus Experience in data processing and analysis
- Experience in project management and change support
- HR data analysis capability and editorial convenience
- Mastery of statistical and data science concepts and tools (Python, Tableau, Cognos)
- Knowledge of the functioning of a public administration and PeopleSoft would be a plus
