TradeDirect manages and provides support to customers from all over Switzerland. In order to strengthen the Tradedirect team, based at our Prilly administrative center we are looking for one or one:

Customer Service Advisor Online Trading – Tradedirect (CDD Contract) Customer Service Advisor Online Trading Your missions:

• Welcome and serve our Tradedirect clients via the various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, chat, social networks, etc.)
• Be one of TradeDirect's product references, accompanying internal and external customers in their stock market operations
• Assist clients in technical problems, explain how the product works (navigation in iOS and Android applications, use of tools on the website) and help respond to customer complaints
• Identify business opportunities and track customers and prospects (prospecting relationships, Welcome Calls, etc.),
• Perform the administrative tasks related to the activity. Your profile:
• Commercial training (experience in the financial/banking sector is an advantage)
• In addition to your French mother tongue, you have an excellent knowledge of German (English and German Swiss an advantage)
• You're interested in financial markets, the stock market and new modern digital channels
• You have an excellent sense of service, like contact with customers and have a team spirit
• You are willing to learn and determined
• You master the usual computer tools (PC, Mac, Word, Excel, iPhone/Android smartphone, etc.) and are interested in new technologies
