In order to strengthen our Sales & Marketing department that offers our customers high-quality services in the reception and accompaniment of our customers throughout Switzerland, we are looking for a 100% Customer Relations Officer. The various missions that await you:

• Deliver a positive and caring image of Vaudoise Assurances
• Ensuring a first level of support for telematics clients
• Inform and support clients about Vaudoise's assistance and insurance services as well as those of our partners via various communication channels
• Manage internet customers (motor vehicle contracts, customer space, online requests, etc.)
• Carry out follow-up and customer contact activities as part of outbound actions
• Support and process phone overflows of agencies
• Coordinate our clients' requests with the various stakeholders involved
• Perform various back-office support and administrative tasks related to customer relationship
• Ensuring a first level of support for telematics customers Your profile:
• Federal Certification of Vocational Training (FAT) or Federal Certificate of Capacity (FCC) in the Commercial Field
• First successful experience in a similar position
• Mother tongue or excellent oral and written mastery of Italian and French (C1 required)
• Oral and written mastery of German an asset
