- Defines and leads technical discovery efforts across highly ambiguous spaces, navigates complex frameworks, and delegates work while managing the quality of the product backlog and technical delivery.
- Accountability/Problem Solving: Leads the analysis of business and platform problems, defining the problem space and driving comprehensive root cause analysis that spans complex integration boundaries.

- In this role, you will apply systems thinking to handle the complexity of interconnected systems and integrations, overseeing both the daily operational world and next-generation AI capabilities (including Slack and Agentforce frameworks) with full autonomy.

- Operating effectively within a complex matrix organization, you will work closely with regional product ownership to navigate regional nuances, drive consensus, and manage strict backlog prioritization.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will actively shape long-term product roadmaps, steer global cross-functional teams, and recommend optimal technology solutions for sustainable business transformation.
- Proactively prevents custom-code and scope creep, manages the complexity of various scopes of change, and is ultimately accountable for product deliverables and operational stability, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Identifies and engages key stakeholders, including management, across regional and global organizational boundaries.
- Shapes product strategy as a trusted advisor to leadership, actively navigates conflicts to drive unified platform alignment, and empowers teams in stakeholder management.

- Leads the evaluation of strategic solution options, including advanced AI capability assessments (Agentforce, automation loops) and risk assessment, and actively shapes long-term global product roadmaps.
