- In a context marked by the development of major projects for mobility, transformation and environmental transition as well as societal evolution, we seek, on the occasion of the retirement of the incumbent of the post, our future:
- Having a Master's degree or equivalent in a field related to the function, you have a confirmed experience as a member of a general management, in the fields of strategy, organisation or transformation acquired within a medium or large company or as a senior consultant, with managerial responsibilities.
- Beyond your path, you have an excellent system vision and a strong analytical capacity to understand complex environments, prioritize issues and define meaningful directions.
Main responsibilities
- Having a Master's degree or equivalent in a field related to the function, you have a confirmed experience as a member of a general management, in the fields of strategy, organisation or transformation acquired within a medium or large company or as a senior consultant, with managerial responsibilities.
- Beyond your path, you have an excellent system vision and a strong analytical capacity to understand complex environments, prioritize issues and define meaningful directions.
- At ease in changing contexts, you combine height of view, pragmatism and agility to create lasting solutions.
- Your leadership is distinguished by your ability to explain, convince and unite around a common vision, creating membership with teams, directorates, partners and decision-making bodies.
- Recognized for your humility, political sense and quality of communication, you can create the conditions for collaboration and support the company's transformations.
- A good knowledge of the Vaudian political world, mobility issues and good knowledge of German are assets for this position.
