Corporate Strategy & Transformation Director

Your Mission

Attached to the Executive Director, you will accompany the governing bodies in the development of the medium-long-term vision, help define the strategic directions of the company and guide their implementation.

You run an organisation of around 100 employees in 6 entities covering enterprise strategy, PMO & innovation as well as information systems, data valorisation, safety, quality and process and environment/energy. By relying on your managers, you guide the corporate strategy and accompany the transformations that result: you foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and performance by making data, quality and risk management the levers for driving and decision-making.

In close collaboration with other directorates, you support the company's major transformation programs and drive the organisational, digital and operational changes needed to meet the challenges of tomorrow's mobility. You develop synergies between the directorates, ensure the alignment of cross-cutting projects with the corporate strategy and put your expertise at the service of the directorates tl in order to support the realization of their ambitions and the major projects of the company.

Your profile

Having a Master's degree or equivalent in a field related to the function, you have a confirmed experience as a member of a general management, in the fields of strategy, organisation or transformation acquired within a medium or large company or as a senior consultant, with managerial responsibilities. Beyond your path, you have an excellent system vision and a strong analytical capacity to understand complex environments, prioritize issues and define meaningful directions. At ease in changing contexts, you combine height of view, pragmatism and agility to create lasting solutions. Your leadership is distinguished by your ability to explain, convince and unite around a common vision, creating membership with teams, directorates, partners and decision-making bodies. Recognized for your humility, political sense and quality of communication, you can create the conditions for collaboration and support the company's transformations. A good knowledge of the Vaudian political world, mobility issues and good knowledge of German are assets for this position.
