MAIN TASKS

As part of the digitalization of the meal ordering process, you support the deployment and monitoring of the project, ensuring coordination between the various stakeholders: operational teams, users, suppliers, IT teams and management.

• Project coordination
• Participation in planning and monitoring the various stages of the project.
• Coordination of actions between the teams involved in the project.
• Organization and participation in follow-up meetings.
• Monitoring deadlines and alerts in case of delay or difficulty.

• Impeccable professional presentation
• Dynamic, service-oriented and rigorous personality
• Polyvalent wishing to evolve in a multidisciplinary environment
• Good control of office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Adequacy with digital tools and ability to quickly take control of a new application.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Spirit of analysis and ability to solve problems pragmatically.
• Autonomy, rigor and focus.
• Team spirit and ease of collaboration with various interlocutors.
• French, German and English mother tongue an asset
