The prison service in the canton of Vaud is planning the construction of new establishments on the site of the Penitentiary Pole of the North Vaudois (PPNV). As part of these constructions and in order to ensure the smooth running of our future construction sites, we are looking for a coordinator for the construction sites. In this position, you are in direct contact with project managers and stakeholders. You organize daily monitoring of activities and plan interventions taking into account timing, priorities and unforeseen events. You are also involved in the supervision of site supervisors. Finally, you are the safe answer to businesses and stakeholders. You act at all times in accordance with our values: "Loyality, Solidarity, Credibility".

• Provide operational supervision of the PNVP site supervisors;
• Coordinate the worksites on the site: planning, synchronization and control of interventions;
• Ensure compliance with safety, safety and general concepts on construction sites;
• Ensure the flow of information among all actors (worksite meetings, reports);
• Ensure consistency of work to minimize impact on site operation, users and sensitive activities;

• You have a diploma in engineering.
• You have a safety officer training.
• You have professional experience in the field of construction for 10 years.
• You have a 5-year work experience.
• Knowledge of complex projects in operation (airport, hospital, SBB, prison, etc.)
• A sense of responsibility and priorities.
• Ability to manage stress and sense of observation, analysis and synthesis.
• Good command of French and common computer tools. Our terms and conditions of employment require you to be a Swiss citizen or holder of a licence C, free of a deed of default of property (an extract from the Office of Prosecutions must be presented during the process), and your criminal record must be blank.
