As part of the strengthening of our Service Sales & Renovation service, we are looking for a Command Coordinator – Maintenance & Modernization Contracts. As such, you will be in charge of the establishment and monitoring of maintenance and modernization offers, as well as the administrative and commercial management of orders after they are awarded by the customer, whether they are service contracts or modernization projects.

What You Will Do

Customer management

• Identification of the operator of the newly commissioned facilities.
• Creation and updating of customer data in CRM for operators of new facilities (end customers).
• Maintenance and maintenance of installed park data (e.g. change of operator, contractor, building manager, etc.).

Contract management

• Development of maintenance contract offers and follow-up of customer recovery.
• Creation and processing of contracts following client validation.
• Document management and archiving of contracts signed in CRM.
• Administration of contracts throughout their life cycle (amendments, renewals and terminations).

Management of modernization orders

• Establishment of modernization offers in collaboration with the Accounting Manager Service and the Project Manager Service.
• Monitoring of tenders
• Creation of modernisation orders in case of contract award.
• Verification of equipment availability and order to Project Manager Service.

What We Ask

• Commercial or technical/commercial training (e.g. technical/commercial).
• An experience in the automatic door sector is an asset.
• Experience in using CRM systems and mastering common IT tools.
• Strong organizational capacity.
• Relationship strength and good communication skills with clients and internal contacts.
• Customer service and ability to conduct trade.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and to work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of German, both oral and written.
