What You Do

• You regularly visit our romand sites, linked with the teams, make interviews and develop stories about our collaborators,
• our services, our clients and the daily logistics.
• You write texts, take photos and make short videos, including editing, adapting content to audiences and communication channels.
• Planize.
• You participate in the development of our Francophone presence on social networks and ensure its daily management: editorial planning, publication and
• in close coordination with the Dietikon team.
• You adapt existing content to the language and culture of French-speaking Switzerland, ensuring the consistency of our brand image and tone.
• You analyze the scope of publications, interactions and evolution of the community to improve content and formats.
• You also accompany regional actions related to the employer brand, sponsorship and customer relations by creating content, and you provide support
• on communication issues.

Which will allow you to succeed

• Training or studies in marketing, communication, media, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in content creation or digital communication, as well as concrete practice in writing, photography and making short videos in autonomy.
• A mastery of French with a mother tongue or equivalent level, both oral and written.
• Good knowledge of German to collaborate with the Dietikon team.
• Experience in editorial planning, management of social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, as well as content performance analysis.
• A good mastery of the common tools of content creation, social media management and photo editing and video editing.
• The pleasure of writing and telling stories, as well as a curiosity for people and their professional daily life.
• Easiness in exchanges and the pleasure of creating links with internal and external interlocutors.
• A way of working independently, a spirit of initiative and a sense of enterprise.
• Availability for trips to French-speaking Switzerland and an occasional presence in Dietikon.
