Background As part of transformation and application projects, our client is looking for a Consultant Performance & Load tests to ensure robustness, scalability and performance of applications prior to production. Main missions

• Define the performance strategy and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design and maintain plans and scenarios for load, stress, stamina and climb tests.
• Prepare the necessary environments and data sets for testing campaigns.
• Develop and configure performance test scripts.
• Run and supervise test campaigns.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks and propose optimization actions.
• Carry out revalidation campaigns after correction.
• Produce performance reports and associated indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of performance practices and tools.

Profile sought

• Experience confirmed in performance and load tests.
• Mastering JMeter and/or LoadRunner (VuGen) tools.
• Good understanding of application architectures, APIs, databases and infrastructure.
• Experience in the analysis of performance metrics (response time, flow rate, errors, resource consumption).
• Ability to identify causes of degradation and to make technical recommendations.
• Familiarity with ISTQB , TMAP or equivalent methodologies.

Assessed competencies

• Experience in monitoring and compliance tools (AppDynamics, Splunk or equivalent).
• Knowledge of CI/CD environments and DevOps practices.
• Ability to collaborate with development, architecture and operations teams.
