Your future playground You will join the shop in Bussigny opened in 2018, a real XXL format offering a commercial area of 4,500 m2. You will be part of a dynamic team of 80 collaborators. This shop is a real locomotive: it is in the first place in the country in turnover! There are great challenges on a large scale and in the dynamic city of Lausanne! What You Will Do Every Day: Your Missions
• A top reception and tailor-made advice: You are the first smile at the entrance and the last one at the exit! You welcome, listen to and guide athletes in the store, while advising them on our products, services and innovations (personal shopper, gift cards, etc.).
• The guarantee of a smooth passage: You take an active part in the receipts and accompany the clients to the automatic caisses with pedagogy. You take the opportunity to propose and animate our loyalty program, all with efficiency and good humour.
• An impeccable reception area: The entrance and line of boxes are your showcase! You ensure the availability and dispatch of items in your area (pulse purchases, small accessories) to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience throughout the year.
• Management of omnichannel services and circular economy: You are at the heart of customer solutions. You manage the removal of web commands (Click & Collect), returns or exchanges. You are also the ambassador of our new models: you inform our athletes about rental, workshop services and buy-in to offer a second life to the equipment.
• Specific missions: Depending on your wishes, you will be able to become a referent on a subject (e.g. the circular economy at the reception), trainer for your colleagues, or even help on an ad hoc basis the teams in the department and the overall management of the store.
