Mission Be a central element as well as the first point of contact in our patient's positive experience to ensure a smooth, efficient, optimized and homogeneous level of service. The client advisor will be required to respond quickly and qualitatively to patients' requests via our various platforms and will ensure the processing and follow-up of various administrative tasks. The main activities are as follows:

• Telephone reception and management of incoming and outgoing calls
• Monitoring and communication with various digital tools
• Planning and organizing appointments
• Management and monitoring of various administrative tasks
• Administrative management of patient records
• Management and monitoring of patient complaints Profile, Training and Skills
• Experience confirmed in a similar position or SWC client relationship officer
• Master's degree in oral and written French – Mother tongue
• Good English – Level B1-B2
• Knowledge of several foreign languages would be an asset
• Experience with common IT tools – Microsoft365, CRM
• Rigor, sense of planning, organization and priorities
• Telephone and customer service
• Have a great sense of listening and excellent relational qualities
• Ability to work independently and as a team
