Descrizione The company at Créations Fusalp is looking for a part-time H/F sales advisor (80%) for its shop located in Aubonne.
Under the responsibility of the Head of Shop, you join a dynamic and rigorous team where each member is versatile.
Your main tasks will be: - Welcome and advise our local and international clients - Merchandising our collections according to brand standards - Monitor key sales performance indicators against targets - Build customers through retail sales and quality service - To be proactive in marketing actions - Participate in other operational tasks of the Shop (customer orders, receipt of goods, labelling, inventory, inventory management, after-sales management / VAS, cash management, opening / closing and maintenance of the shop - Ensure the proper functioning of the point of sale and daily monitoring (reports) - Participation in brand training programmes - Compliance with trademark management procedures - Application of the shop security directives (theft and loss prevention) Mansioni - Welcoming and advising our local and international customers - Merchandising of our collections according to the brands - Following sales KPIs according to target - Building customer loyalty through customerelling - Participate in other operational tasks of the store (customer orders, receipt of goods, labelling, inventories, inventory management, after-sales management / after-sales service, cash management, opening / closing and maintenance of the store - Ensure the proper functioning of the store and daily follow-up (reports) - Participation in the brands training programs - Respect of the brand - Application of the stores security guidelines Required - Passionate about skiing, fashion and luxury, you know how to excel and rise to challenges to achieve the goals and KPI s - You have at least 2 years experience in a premium/luxury high-end environment - You have a developed sense of service excellence and customer experience in Shop - You are dynamic, versatile and have an acute sense of performance and detail • Profile desiderato - Passionate about skiing, fashion and luxury, you know how to exceed yourself and take on challenges to achieve objective and KPI s - You have at least 2 years of experience in high-end/luxury environment - You have a strong sense of service excellence and customer experience in Retail - You are dynamic, versatile with a strong sense of performance and details
