- Within the "Informatique et Management Qualité" section of ECAS Central Services:
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the ECAS IT system and provide a service on the use of office tools and business applications
- Perform troubleshooting and solve computer problems
- Write and update section procedures and processes, and participate in cross-cutting projects
- Allocate the necessary access, rights and equipment to employees in accordance with ECAS FR rules
- Support the implementation of information security (SMSI) and data protection within ECAS FR
- Participate in support as part of the 1st and 2nd Level Support section Ensure contact with external providers Profile desired
