Attached to the Vaudois Judicial Order, the four district courts of the canton rule at first instance in many cases under criminal law and civil law in the broad sense. They each include several rooms (penal, family, pecuniary, etc.). The Tribunal d'arrondissement de l'Est Vaudois, which employs nearly 50 judges and collaborators, is seeking a judicial accountant.

• Ensure the accounting and financial management of the court.
• Ensure the proper handling of the caisse and CCP: entry of records and control of movements.
• Control and pay all court bills.
• Assume responsibility for regular control of the contents of the safe.
• Collaborate in the analysis and closing of accounts and in the preparation of the budget.
• Ensure the archiving and accounting of expensive records.
• Prepare the cost counts of auxiliary staff (judges assessors, clerks ad hoc etc.) and transmit payroll data.
• Collaborate with all functions within the court, as well as external partners.

• SWC of trade employee or title deemed equivalent, supplemented by a few years of professional experience in accounting
• Experience in a judicial authority or the judiciary would be an asset
• Attracted to the judicial field
• Perfect mastery of common computer tools, including Excel
• Discretion, accuracy, rigour and autonomy.
• Control of SAP programme. As part of the recruitment process, applicants will be required to submit an extract from the prosecution register and a criminal record of less than 3 months.
