The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a cross-regional hospital of reference, which brings together over 2,000 female and male employees. The Rennaz Hospital Centre, has over 350 acute care beds. It is completed by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical presences. The entire female and male employees invest themselves daily to provide quality care to patients, embodying the institution's values: authenticity, exemplarity, and innovation. Missions The main missions of this post are:

• Manage the cash: follow-up of the working capital, forecasts, loans and ATF, payments, monthly report for the management and the cantons, supervision of accounting and reconciliation of banks and cash, accounting and follow-up of cantonal financing
• Treat the doctors' fees: account for, make payments, coordinate with the billing services and HR, establish accounts, produce statistics and ensure the follow-up of conventions
• Ensure the accounting treatment of salaries: reconcile social charges, withholding taxes and various accounts related to salaries, constitute provisions and follow up on related activities
• Actively participate in quarterly and annual closing of accounts
• Control the imputation and entirety of certain accounts of the PP and balance sheet
• Collaborate with fiduciary audits and any service statistics
• Contribute to cross-functional projects improving and optimizing existing processes
• Ensure the backup of accountants and support to auxiliary accounting staff
• Requirements We ask for:
• A federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or a title deemed equivalent
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A successful experience of 3 years in the accounting field
• An analytical spirit, proactivity, flexibility and rigor
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good relational skills, dynamic and optimistic approach
• Knowledge of the Opale software or an ERP, a serious asset
