- Oversee compliance and AML reviews of crypto currency transfers, ensuring timely and accurate analysis of higher-risk transactions;
- Oversee compliance and AML reviews of cash, securities and crypto currency transfers made by Financial Institutions, ensuring timely and accurate analysis of higher-risk transactions;
- Supervise the handling of sanctions alerts, providing escalation and final validation as needed;
- Supervise the investigation on potentially suspicious clients;
- Drive the optimization of internal procedures, including drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and guidelines;
- Represent Compliance in key regulatory and strategic projects, ensuring the monitoring function is embedded in business initiatives;
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and front-line teams, offering clear and pragmatic compliance guidance. Team Management:

- Significant experience (minimum 5–7 years) in a Compliance function within the financial industry, with proven leadership and team management skills; Fluent in English and French; German is a strong asset;
