Assuming responsibility, developing impact – for a modern and service-oriented community. For the municipality of St. Moritz we are looking for a municipal clerk 100% (m/f). Subordinated directly to the municipal president, you lead the municipal chancellery with the areas of law firm services, residential services, social affairs, libraries and legal service with a total of 18 employees. They plan and accompany the business of the municipal board, the municipal council and the municipal assembly. This includes the preparation and follow-up of meetings, the minutes and the editorial processing of embassies, requests and decisions. Together with the legal service, you ensure the legally secure processing of transactions. Furthermore, you are responsible for elections and votes, official publications, the municipal archives and various approval and service processes. They further develop the law firm, optimize processes, drive digitalization and participate in cross-departmental projects.
