Your missions

• Regular telephone contacts with tenants, trades and authorities
• Treatment of terminations
• In general, support for all tasks of the building manager
• Writing and sending purchase orders and requests for tenders
• Processing and codification of vendor invoices
• Adjustment of rents
• Writing various correspondences

Your profile

• Diploma from a business school (part school)
• Good notes in the main branches
• Interest in the real estate industry
• Great commitment and performance
• Reliable, responsible, sociable
• Living and open person, neat appearance and good manners
• Taste of contact with customers on the phone
