For our Planning Centre based on the site of Senevita Casa Vaud in Renens, we are looking for one/one next or to agree: 80 % Planning Collaborator, bilingual French-Switzerland German Your tasks

• Plan interventions and prepare monthly computer plans
• Be in touch with customers to validate employees' services
• Managing employee replacements and absences
• Adjust our customers' demands and our employees' expectations to the needs of the company

Your profile

• Experience in home and health care
• You have commercial or equivalent training
• You have the sense of organization
• You like telephone contact with customers and employees
• You enjoy working as a team
• You have computer skills (Windows-Office, Internet)
• Master's degree in French and German Switzerland
• Home near Renens
