Your responsibilities
- Participate actively in the development of the IKEA shopping experience.
- Advise clients on their purchases and ensure their satisfaction.
- Know all the services and offer them to visitors.
- Take responsibility for your purchasing sector.
- Work with other departments to ensure a positive overall purchase experience.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
