- Receive, guide, and inform recipients, partners, and visitors at the window and by telephone.
- Plan and coordinate appointments with household teams, volunteers and external partners.
- Inform and accompany beneficiaries in their routine administrative procedures (documents, transport, financial assistance on delegation).
- Provide administrative management of the site (mail, correspondence, archiving, minutes).
- Manage the caisse of the site, the economy and certain materials made available to the beneficiaries.
- Contribute to the flow of information, consult business tools and document important events.
- Participate in the collective life of the home (house assemblies, activities, compliance with regulations, interprofessional collaboration).
- Participate in the management of common home requests (mails, absences, room changes, transportation, changing rooms, etc.).
