Attached to the Customer Service Manager, you are a central point of contact between commercial operations, logistics and accounting, from customer order to billing.

Main responsibilities
- Sales administration and billing
- Enter and track customer orders from receipt to billing
- Prepare customer, carrier and supplier invoices for validation
- Prepare credit notes on request from Customer Service Manager, for validation
- Check logistics invoices and report variances ERP / Computer Systems
- Create and update product cards, prices, customers and suppliers in the ERP, according to current procedures
- Identify data anomalies (doubles, inconsistent prices, incomplete sheets) and correct them on the defined perimeter
- Climb incidents beyond this perimeter to ERP consultants (parameter, bugs, access) Administrative
- Process routine administrative requests (certificates, contracts, etc.)
- Provide first-level VAS support: meet simple customer requests (order status, invoice, certificate), before escalation to Customer Service Manager
