Attached to the Vaudois Judicial Order, the canton's four bankruptcy offices have the main task of administering and ensuring liquidation by bankruptcy. In order to strengthen the existing team, the Office of Bankruptcy of the district of Lausanne, which employs nearly 20 employees, is seeking a Collaborator of a bankruptcy office.

• Welcome users to the counter, guide them and inform them about the bankruptcy procedure.
• Collaborate in the administrative management of a sector.
• Manage simple files with the support of a bailiff if necessary.
• Conduct hearings of bankrupts.
• Participate in the achievements and distribution of funds.
• Respond to requests for information in assigned areas, at the counter and by telephone.

• SWC of a commercial employee performed in a prosecution or bankruptcy office, or in another field, ideally supplemented by 4 years of professional experience in the field of prosecution or bankruptcy.
• Meaning of organization and communication.
• Good stress resistance and ability to communicate in a difficult environment.
• Flexibility, speed and accuracy.
• Mastering spelling and ease with common computer tools. There are many opportunities for professional development and continuing training within the Prosecution and Bankruptcy Office. As part of the recruitment process, applicants will be required to submit an extract from the prosecution register and criminal record for less than 3 months. A commitment is possible at the lower wage level if the duration of experience in the field of prosecution or bankruptcy is insufficient at the time of engagement.
