Your responsibilities

• To welcome and accompany each customer in a personalized way.
• To achieve the commercial objectives by applying the appropriate sales techniques.
• To propose coordinated outfits adapted to the needs of the customers.
• Anticipate expectations to enrich the average basket and increase the turnover.
• To value the products, especially the new trends, and to customize the customer experience.
• To actively promote the loyalty program.
• To ensure a valuable presentation of our products and to ensure good inventory management.

• Participate in commercial operations to support the store's activity.
• Participate in the receipt and storage of delivered goods.
• Manage and ensure the proper operation of the warehouses.
• Perform operations related to the RFID system for the management of the items.
• Respect and apply the security and safety rules in store.
• Be able to perform ancillary operations related to the cashier.

• You are a proactive person, with a common sense of relationship and a true passion for fashion. You are motivated by the idea of contributing to the success of the team and the store. - You have an excellent sense of customer service and welcome. - With an experience in sales, ideally in the fashion sector, you master sales techniques, outfits association and personalized advice to maximize turnover.

• With a curious and dynamic mind, you are looking to work in a stimulating environment that will offer you career opportunities.
• You have basic knowledge of the fashion and ready-to-wear sector.
• You master merchandising techniques: implantation, pancartage, restocking.
• You are comfortable with the digital tools and internal software related to the function.
• You know how to work as a team, demonstrate autonomy and initiative.
