Key requirements
- Grâce à votre parcours et vos expériences, vous savez faire preuve d'une méthode de travail proactive et d'un esprit d'initiative. Vous savez animer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et convaincre des interlocuteurs variés.
- Vous amenez plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle, par exemple en bureau d'études, en direction de travaux ou en conduite de projets. Une première expérience dans la gestion de projet ferroviaire serait un atout important.
- Vous possédez des compétences techniques solides en calculs, conception et exécution de structures, par exemple avec une expérience dans le domaine du béton armé et/ou des structures métalliques.
- Vous disposez d'une formation d'ingénieur·e en génie civil (EPF/HES ou équivalent).
- Vous maîtrisez le français et disposez d'une très bonne connaissance de l'allemand que vous pouvez utiliser dans votre quotidien professionnel (niveau B2 minimum).
