- The Childhood and Adolescence department is looking for, for its outpatient service, within the CPCL consultation (Neuchatel), a Chief Clinical Physician or Deputy Chief Clinical Physician

- An establishment under cantonal public law, the CNP has the mission of leading the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions.
- As part of your role you will be required to: o develop direct and continuous clinical practice with patients, in close collaboration with other members of the unit o supervise the daily work of the multidisciplinary team and more particularly that of the assistant doctors o promote interinstitutional collaboration o participate in outpatient care, in 1st or 2nd line depending on the absence or presence of the FMH title o participate in the teaching provided by the unit o supervise the drafting of reports required by insurance organizations, by the authorities tutelary and judicial and the drafting of any other medical report The skills required for this position are as follows: o have at least 2 years of activity in hospital and/or outpatient psychiatry o have a spirit of interdisciplinary team and network work o demonstrate leadership and have a sense of planning o be able to make decisions Starting position: August 1, 2026 or to be agreed Place of work: 2000 Neuchâtel Type of contract: indefinite contract Old Chatel 2020 Neuchâtel
