Background

Within the Infrastructure, Data and DevOps division of the same ISD, the volume of technical projects is steadily increasing. The team is looking for a confirmed profile, specialized in piloting technical projects. Mission

• Carry out one or more end-to-end technical projects: infrastructure, platforms, data, cloud, cybersecurity, technical services.
• Coordinate all stakeholders with respect to quality, performance, safety, availability, costs and deadlines.
• Ensure consistency of solutions with SI architecture, technical standards and organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Project management
• Plan, organize and manage projects.
• Coordinate internal teams (infra, networks, systems, security, databases, operation, support) and external providers.
• Define tasks, milestones, resources, skills, technical interfaces and budget.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies and impacts on the rest of the IS.
• Financial management.
• Deliver in accordance with commitments.
• Produce HERMES documentation and technical documentation, and maintain the PMO tool.
• Meet PMO, architecture and security standards.
• Deployment
• Plan and supervise production.
• Coordinate migrations, rocking and reverse returns.
• Organize technical validations prior to production.
• Ensure the transition to exploitation.
• Ensure complete exploitation documentation and organize knowledge transfer.
• Set up Level 3 support.
• Arbitrage perimeter, cost, time and quality
• Pilot technical recipes.
• Ensure availability, performance, resilience and continuity of service.
• Analyze requests for change, including their impact on architecture.
• Prepare arbitrations.
• Follow the indicators: progress, costs, risks, quality and performance of solutions.
• Advanced computer training (Master, Bachelor or equivalent) with at least 5 to 8 years experience in piloting major technical projects (Infrastructure, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
• Excellent understanding of infrastructure issues (networks, systems, databases, security, virtualization/cloud) to effectively dialogue with experts, anticipate architectural risks and ensure continuity of service.
• Proven practice of HERMES methodology (desired certification) and adherence to PMO/ITIL methodological frameworks.
• Practical experience in managing complex start-ups (migrations, rocking, roll-back plans, transfer to operating teams and N3 support).
• Ability to lead external stakeholders and participate in the drafting or evaluation of technical public tendering components.
