As a digital health project leader within the Digital Health Centre, information system and monitoring, you are in charge of managing the implementation of the deployments of the electronic patient record (EDP), its various modules or other digital health tools according to the strategies of the intercantonal association Romande CARA or specific to the canton of Vaud.

• Coordinate reflections within the Health Branch by making proposals to evolve the deployment strategy for digital health solutions
• Represent the Directorate-General for Health within the Coordination Commission of the cantons of the CARA association and other committees or working groups within its sphere of competence
• Ensure monitoring of developments under way by CARA and at the federal level, as well as best practices and other related experiences in other cantons or countries
• Managing the necessary partnerships on the canton to be able to support health partners in the changes brought about by the new digital health technologies supported by the canton, drawing in particular on the professional and clinical expertise of the partners

• Bachelor or master's degree in medical, healthcare or health with good knowledge of computer science or equivalent
• Project Management Certification
• Additional training in medical communication, negotiation and/or computer science, an asset
• Professional experience useful to the function of 5 years minimum in managing large multi-partner projects with matrix organization in the field of health
• Leading change in business processes and information systems
• Good knowledge of health system information systems and knowledge
• Leadership, analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Pragmatism, customer orientation and solutions
• Excellent relational and communication skills, teamwork
• Organisation, ease of adaptation, editorial capacity
