Full description
The Territorial Organisation Unit (UOT) of the Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS) contributes to the reflection and steering of the organisation of social services throughout the cantonal territory. It analyses the needs of the different regions, coordinates the stakeholders concerned, and supports the implementation and evolution of social schemes, ensuring their coherence and accessibility for the population. It is also tasked with ensuring a coherent cross-cutting vision for the subsidised property portfolio managed by the DGCS, which includes in particular medico-social housing (EMS, EPSM, ESE) and productive-purpose workshops, i.e. approximately 400 buildings managed by 250 partners. In order to lead an ambitious project aimed at establishing a strategy for bringing the socio-sanitary structure's property portfolio up to energy standards and adapting it to the consequences of global warming, the Territorial Organisation Unit (UOT) is seeking a Climate Plan Project Manager.
