- You lead a team of 7 people in charge of scheduling, steering and coordination missions, as well as general direction of work. You ensure skills development, encourage experience sharing and support the team in achieving its objectives.
- You are piloting with your team, for the SIA 51 to 53 phases (realization), all the work of the civil engineering programme. You are working closely with the "Working Conduct" team in the areas of railway, contact line, cables and railway safety facilities. You ensure cross-cutting missions and represent as an expert the Leman 2030 programme, in different working groups and bodies at regional level.
- As a member of the "Operations & Planning" management, you contribute with a comprehensive and cross-sectoral approach to the objectives of the Leman 2030 programme.

- Your career path has enabled you to develop natural leadership as well as strong management and team leadership skills.
- You are able to think in network and understand the challenges of planning in the realization phase. This allows you to negotiate framework conditions in order to secure the work, preserve the transport capacity and maximize productivity on the yards.
- With proven experience in conducting complex infrastructure projects in an operating environment, you have mastered most of the areas of civil engineering work and are able to analyse their risks and opportunities.
- You negotiate effectively with the managements of mandated companies to ensure compliance with contractual and financial provisions. To this end, you have control over public procurement legislation (LMP/OMP) and the various standards applicable to construction.
- You benefit from a higher education (University, HES, EPF) or a training deemed equivalent in the field of civil engineering, supplemented by a proven experience of several years in the fields of construction and project management, especially in the realization phase.
