• As a Transportation Production Manager, you lead and train 4-7 team leaders and approximately 70-200 associates in one of the West, Central or East production regions. Act as a role model and promote the development of your associates.
• Make use of your multiple skills in managing team leaders and teams and you will contribute, with your work, to organizational and cultural development in a highly demanding environment.
• As responsible for safety and compliance with quality standards and costs by the teams, you ensure smooth operation and compliance with the performance ordered by customers.

• You follow change projects, lead sub-projects, develop and are responsible for specialist topics both regionally and interregionally or within FFS Cargo
• Depending on the organization of the affected region, you replace the regional management or other functions in case of absence and support the region in further strategic development with your specialist know-how.
• As head of Transport Production you represent the interests of FFS Cargo and act as an important point of contact with internal and external partners. What you take with you.
• With your empathetic and authentic personality and your respectful and consistent behavior you create a positive working environment for your collaborators and promote a culture of learning and feedback together with all team managers. • Thanks to your strong communication skills you are able to present complex topics and reports in an understandable and oral way, in a manner appropriate to the recipients.
• You have several years of experience in logistics in a manufacturing company. You also have experience in development and results-oriented leadership, project and/or process management and organization development.
• Continuous training at (university, SUP) level in management, management or business economics is required.
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of German or French is required for this role.

Furthermore, if you have not already done so, are you willing to learn another national language.
