We are looking for our Swiss Romande Infrastructure Branch in Lausanne (VD), a Project Manager Planning & Major Projects (BAMO+DGT) (f/h/d) 80-100%.

• Your tasks
• Pilot important and complex mandates for assistance to the project manager (AMO) in the SIA 41 to 53 phases (execution) in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
• Provide overall planning on major transport infrastructure sites
• Preparing, carrying out and following tender procedures (mainly undertakings), including the drafting of specifications
• Managing the quality, costs, coordination and timeliness of work
• Assisting the contractor in its decision-making with proposals
• Managing mandates independently through high-level relational, organizational and technical skills – oriented towards client satisfaction and the inclusion of all stakeholders
• Actively participate in the commercial development of CSD, including through the preparation of competitive service offerings
• Your profile
• Civil Engineering Engineer (EPF/HES) or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the construction sector (planning and directing work on major transport infrastructure projects)
• Dynamic, voluntary, pragmatic, able to identify problems and propose solutions
• Good analysis, synthesis and excellent writing skills
• Good relationship, pedagogical sense and ability to adapt in complex situations
• Meaning of collaborative work both in projects and in the functional team
• Perfect mastery of the French language (minimum level C1 of the European framework of reference for languages)
