Responsible for cleanliness services for buildings and stations

Your Mission

As a cleanliness specialist, you are responsible for the operational and contractual follow-up of cleaning services for buildings, stations and premises in the city. You ensure the quality of the services performed by our external partners and you ensure that you comply with contractual commitments, quality standards and defined costs as well as the satisfaction of our internal and external clients.

As such, you

• ensure the monitoring of the life cycle of contracts, from the definition of requirements to their renewal or closure;
• participate in the preparation of specifications and calls for tenders;
• monitor on the ground the quality and conformity of services;
• Identify deviations and track corrective actions;
• follow performance indicators, performance quality and any bonus/malus;
• contribute to the continuous improvement of benefits, processes and costs.

The function involves occasionally carrying out quality checks in the field at different times and according to the work schedule of the cleaning teams (possibly at night).

Your profile

• You have an CFC or equivalent training in technical, trade or logistics
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, as well as confirmed experience in cleaning buildings/installations
• You have practical experience in quality control in the field and in monitoring the performance of external partners
• You have a common sense of organisation, good analytical skills and are attentive to details
• You are able to work independently while working effectively with various internal and external interlocutors
• You are oriented to quality and solutions, with a good sensitivity to cost and efficiency
• If you are serious, pragmatic and have a good relationship, you appreciate the fieldwork and know how to enforce the established quality standards.
• You have an excellent command of French, oral and written, and an ease of writing
• You master the usual computer tools
