Support Officer Infrastructure and Building Projects

Your Mission

Within the Grands Projets team, you ensure the operational support of specialists from the Methods division for strategic public transport projects. These projects cover studies and the construction of infrastructure and buildings for road and rail transport systems in the region (extension of the Lausanne tramway, extension of the bus depot, modernisation of the metro m1).

Your role is to

• Support project teams (project managers and specialists in Major Projects Methods) in the various project management areas: project scope, finance, planning, quality, risk
• Update reference and monitoring documents in the various project management areas
• Support technical or administrative tasks assigned by project teams
• Analyze and compile records of decision-making or submission support requested by project teams

To carry out these missions, you work with project managers and their teams and with external partners.

Your profile

• You benefit from training in engineering in a technical field, architecture or project management
• You justify a first professional experience of one or two years, ideally on projects of infrastructural or multidisciplinary projects in master's degree, in an engineering office or in a construction company
• You are able to work on different projects simultaneously within a matrix organisation and enjoy teamwork
• You are rigorous in nature, organized and have good adaptability to cope with changing project constraints
• You have a good planning tool (Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6, an asset), an enterprise resource planning system (SAP,...) and the tools of the office suite.
• Your relationship ease and ability to find solutions allow you to manage and carry out your missions in perfect autonomy.
