Full description

We are looking for a motivated and committed Security Officer. You will play an essential role in protecting our employees, facilities and activities. Responsible for safety at work and fire protection, you will be a major player in the prevention, continuous improvement and development of a true safety culture within the company.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance of Migros Online according to Migros Group solution.
• Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks in the company.
• Advise management, managers and staff on occupational safety issues and develop safety, emergency and fire protection plans.
• Train and sensitize staff on effective and sustainable safety and risk prevention practices.
• Review all incidents and accidents, analyse their causes and propose appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
• Participate in security audits, prepare reports for the management team and be the contact person for internal and external auditors.

Required

• At least 2 years: in a similar function, in logistics or industry
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Federal Patent of Specialist STPS or equivalent
• Please attach a copy of your work certificates and your Federal STPS or equivalent Patent.
• Valid driver's licence (and vehicle to travel between sites)
• Regular contacts with Migros companies and frequent collaboration with German speaking interlocutors.
• French (Good Mastery)

• English (preferably)
