Full description

As a task manager for the prevention of radicalisation, you ensure that individuals who are radicalised or are in the process of radicalisation are supported individually and act as an expert on all issues relating to radical ideologies. You are involved in the development of the Unit for the Prevention of Radicalisations (UPRAD), attached to the SG-DJES, which perpetuates the mechanism for preventing radicalisation and violent extremism set up by the Council of State. At the request of the UPRAD officials, you ensure on the ground the support of radicalised or radicalised people by offering them individualised support, and deploy strategies of disengagement in interaction with the family environment and the various partners. • Individualized support of radicalised persons supported by the scheme
• Assessment of the situations followed by the contribution to the drafting of summary notes
• Participation in improving strategic and operational management
• Intervention as an expert on all issues relating to radical ideologies
• Active support to the various entities and services involved in the prevention system
• Participation in the organisation of the Radicalisation Prevention Unit (UPRAD)
• University degree in social sciences, education, social work, psychology or equivalent training required
• Desired continuing training in the prevention of radicalisation
• Experience in social support for vulnerable or disadvantaged people, including immersion in the field, and care for radicalised people
• Ability to manage and conceptualize cross-cutting projects
• Knowledge of the security field and its issues
• Listening, self-help, discretion and responsibility
• Flexibility and availability outside normal schedules to manage emergency situations
