Mission
EPFL, the Swiss Federal School of Technology in Lausanne, is one of the most dynamic university campuses in Europe and is part of the world's top 20 academic rankings. EPFL has over 6,000 staff members who support the School's three main missions: education, research and innovation. The campus offers an exceptional working environment in the heart of a community of more than 16,000 people, including nearly 12,000 students and 4,000 researchers from more than 120 different nationalities.
The Directorate of Information Systems (DSI) is responsible for the implementation of EPFL's digital strategy: IT strategy and master plan, digitalisation of business processes, security, central infrastructure, core applications and coordination with the departments of the faculties.

This position is aimed in particular at a person at the beginning of his or her career, who has graduated from a high school (university, EPF or HES), wishing to put his or her technical skills at the service of concrete cases of use, visible and useful to the institution.
Your mission will be to support the identification, prototyping and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for administrative processes: to understand the needs of users, to propose solutions paths and to quickly translate them into mockups, prototypes or POCs. Once the use cases have been validated, you will participate in their development and integration into a secure environment, focusing on EPFL's internal infrastructure.
