Main responsibilities

- Analysis, reporting and strategic studies related to human and organizational issues.
- Conduct executive summaries highlighting findings, risks, issues and decision options.
- Prepare management files, ensuring quality, relevance and reliability of analyses.
- Develop briefing notes, presentations and decision-making materials tailored to management needs.
- Contribute to strategic thinking by providing opportunities for improvement and recommendations.
- Conduct and follow-up of cross-cutting files
- Monitor strategic files and action plans entrusted by HPV management.
- Coordinate the contributions of the various stakeholders and facilitate exchanges between the actors concerned.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and piloting tools.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, and propose measures for anticipation or correction.
