Mechanical Manager (M/F) Workplace: Le Noirmont (JU)
Integrated into the Development Department of Hermès Horloger and more specifically into the Technical Office, the Mechanical Manager organizes, supervises the manufacturing of tools and ensures their maintenance while guaranteeing compliance with requests.
He supervises the team of mechanics, manages schedules, ensures compliance with safety standards and ensures the satisfaction of internal customers. Your main missions will be as follows: Steering & Federating

- You have very good knowledge of the field of mechanics – and in particular tool manufacturing.
- Ideally, you have more specific knowledge of stamping manufacturing.
- With the benefit of technical and mechanical training, you have significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar function and in the field of mechanics and/or tools.
Key requirements

- You are familiar with common IT tools (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.).
- Possibly, your knowledge of CAD, machine tool programming and the Lean approach would be assets for the position.
- You are recognized for your management skills, your ability to create connections and unite.
- Equipped with rigor and a process vision, you combine strength of proposal, diagnostic capacity and analysis/synthesis skills.
- Beyond academic qualities, we are looking for human qualities enabling rapid integration within Maison Hermès.
